Booking & Cancelation Policy 1. For new clients there will be a 30% non-refundable deposit required to book. This includes Braiding Classes. 2. You must cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. When you don’t cancel in time I will be keeping your deposit and in order to book again, there will be another non-refundable deposit of 30% of your appointment. 2. If you do not cancel/reschedule a second time within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment I will be keeping your deposit again and you will need to pay 100% of your appointment before booking again. 3. If you do not cancel/reschedule a third time with in 48 hours of your sceduled appointment I will be keeping your deposit and you will not longer be able to book with me. Note: If you are 15 min + late to your appointment you will need to reschedule for another appointment and #1 above all apply.
